1. Delivery Time

  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed on business days within 48 hours and shipped within 2-6 business days from order receipt.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location.

We ship products within Finland and to select international regions. Shipping areas are displayed at checkout when you enter your delivery address. If your country is not listed, please contact customer service at info@saunamenthol.fi

We use reliable and efficient shipping methods to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Letter Post: For smaller orders, compact products are delivered via letter post directly to your home. Tracking is not available for this option. Maximum of 10 units.
  • Maxi Letter/Package: For orders over 10 units, products are delivered as a maxi letter or package depending on the quantity. This option includes a tracking code, and the item is usually collected from a parcel locker.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within Finland. Orders are shipped via letter post, maxi letter, or package.

For European areas, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping fees vary based on the order size and shipping destination. The shipping method and costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete the payment.

If your order does not arrive within the expected time or if you encounter any issues with the delivery, please contact our customer service:
