How does the size of the sauna affect the use of Sauna Menthol?
To achieve the best experience with Sauna Menthol, or sauna ice, it is also a good idea to consider the size of the sauna. At home, an apartment building may have a completely different type of sauna than, for example, a cottage. The Sauna Menthol sauna scent also has a different effect when the surface area changes. The size of the sauna actually affects the experience the most, in terms of how the menthol crystals evaporate into the air. When tried with the same amount in a small sauna, the experience may be stronger than in a large cottage sauna. So take the following into account when using menthol. 1. Adjusting the amount of menthol Small sauna (less than 6 m²) → A smaller amount of Sauna Menthol is sufficient because the space fills with steam faster. Large sauna (over 10 m²) → More menthol is needed to spread the effect evenly throughout the space. 2. Air circulation and steam diffusion In a small sauna, Sauna Menthol spreads quickly, but can feel too strong if applied too much. Always remember to start with a small amount. In a large sauna, the steam may disperse more, which may result in a milder effect of Sauna Menthol. 3. Usage and placement In a small sauna, it is a good idea to carefully add Sauna Menthol sauna crystals to the sauna water and let it spread evenly. In a larger sauna, you can try dispensing sauna ice in several places, for example, separately into the sauna water and the sauna heater. 4. Number of users More saunas in a large sauna → You can add a little more menthol so that everyone gets the effect. Fewer users in a small sauna → Less menthol so it is not too strong. 5. Sauna experience In a small sauna, the intensity of menthol can become more pronounced faster. Moderate dosage is recommended. In a large sauna, Sauna Menthol can create a pleasant, more evenly distributed refreshing effect. Based on our customer experience, the appropriate dosage for Sauna Menthol sauna scent is usually found after 2-4 uses. So don't be alarmed if the first time the experience is too strong or too mild. The appropriate use of menthol crystals requires a little practice. It is always better to start with a small amount and add more and more menthol crystals evenly. In traditional sauna scents, the size of the sauna doesn't really matter, because the smell spreads anyway. When using Sauna Menthol, it is important to use the right dosage to achieve the perfect sauna experience, combining the cool feeling of menthol crystals, opening the airways and relaxation.
